Limited Availability: Covington appointments are extremely limited and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If appointments are full, you may be placed on a waitlist and given first priority for the next available opening. Practitioner Availability: To accommodate demand, FAST may bring an additional qualified practitioner to provide sessions. Your appointment may be performed by another FAST practitioner when necessary. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows will forfeit 100% of the payment. FAST Cancellation: FAST reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If FAST cancels your appointment, your payment will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
