We begin with a brief conversation about your current physical condition—areas of tightness or stiffness, past or present injuries, movement limitations, and any specific concerns or goals you have. This helps us understand how your body feels to you. ​Next, you will be guided through a gentle movement assessment, observing how your body moves side-to-side and front-to-back. This allows us to identify imbalances, restrictions, and patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or limited mobility. ​Once you’re on the table, a hands-on assessment of key areas including the lower back, legs, shoulders, and neck will be performed. Based on these findings, the session focuses on releasing the primary restrictions affecting your movement and overall function. ​These areas don’t always match where discomfort is felt—which is intentional. We allow your body to guide the session, addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms. As the session concludes, we gently reset the joints and reassess your movement on the table—and standing if needed—to ensure your body has integrated the work. ​Most clients leave feeling more open, balanced, and connected to their body, with a clearer understanding of how they move and what their body needs moving forward.

The 25-minute Focused Fascial Session allows your practitioner to address one primary area of restriction or support continued progress between longer sessions. It’s ideal for clients who want to stay consistent, fine-tune movement, or maintain improvements without a full-body approach. This session works best for: Follow-up care between full sessions Targeting a specific area (neck, hips, shoulders, calves, feet) Supporting recovery, mobility, or nervous system regulation Clients with limited time who still want meaningful results Best suited for: • Maintenance care • Focused restrictions • Consistency between full sessions

The 55-minute Full Fascial Alignment Session provides the time needed to assess movement patterns and address key fascial lines influencing how your body moves as a whole. This session balances depth and integration, making it the most effective option for creating noticeable, lasting change. This session is ideal for: Improving mobility and posture Reducing recurring tension or discomfort Addressing compensations across multiple areas Building long-term movement resilience Best suited for: • New and returning clients • Structural and postural work • Ongoing care plans

The 85-minute Comprehensive Fascial Alignment Session allows your practitioner the time to assess and address multiple interconnected fascial lines in one visit — rather than prioritizing one area at a time. This format is ideal when restrictions in one region are influencing pain, posture, or movement elsewhere in the body. During this session, we are able to: Perform a more thorough movement and postural assessment Address both primary restriction patterns and their compensations Spend meaningful time integrating changes so they hold beyond the table Work at a pace that supports the nervous system, not overwhelms it This session is especially beneficial for: Chronic or long-standing movement restrictions Postural imbalances involving multiple regions (neck, spine, hips, shoulders) Athletes or active individuals seeking improved efficiency and recovery Clients transitioning out of pain cycles into performance or longevity care Because of the extended time, the 85-minute session supports: Deeper fascial adaptation Improved carryover between sessions Longer-lasting results with fewer total visits over time Best suited for: • Established clients • Complex movement patterns • Periodic “reset” sessions within a regular care plan This is not simply a longer session — it’s a more complete conversation with your body.
