To be honest, if you have never had an experience before, putting words to it does not do it justice. But, here it is:

It is a gentle, pain-free, assisted stretching method that feels like you are floating on the table. As you relaxe and let your Therapist seamlessly glide your body through movements, you begin to feel sensations of weightlessness, and energy flow like you have never felt before. The technique supports whole-body mobility, flexibility, and nervous system relaxation. By working with fascia and joints rather than forcing muscles, F.A.ST. helps down-regulate the nervous system, decompress the joints, and increase natural range of motion in a calm, supportive way.

This fascia alignment-based stretching approach promotes stress reduction, improved movement quality, and overall well-being through personalized, hands-on sessions grounded in principles taught by the Stretch to Win Institute.

Fascial Alignment Stretch Therapy traces directly back to the original Fascial Stretch Therapy™ system developed in the early 1990s by the founders of the Stretch to Win Institute — Ann Frederick and Chris Frederick.

At the same time, Thomas Myers was mapping the body’s fascial meridian lines — work that would later be published in Anatomy Trains and reshape how movement science understands the body as one interconnected system.

Ann and Chris immersed themselves in this fascial framework in the 90s, completing advanced Anatomy Trains Structural Integration training under Myers. That education influenced the evolution of their method — moving beyond muscle stretching into joint decompression, multi-planar sequencing, and nervous system integration.

This is not random stretching. This is a fascia-alignment, system-based movement care.

Certification requires structured, live, hands-on training — not weekend workshops, not scripted routines, and not generalized instruction like you find in the other "stretch places"

If you’re looking for an approach that works, you are in the right place.
