Why F.A.S.T. Exists
Fascial Alignment Stretch Therapy didn’t start as a business idea.
It started as a life shift.
For 22 years, Jamie Evangelista built a successful career as an executive with Champs Sports. She led teams, managed operations, and lived at a fast pace. But over time, something deeper began to call her attention — her children.
She didn’t just want to provide for them. She wanted to experience life with them.
So in 2017, Jamie made a decision that changed everything. She stepped away from corporate leadership and became an entrepreneur, starting a women’s clothing business from her home.
-
It gave her flexibility.
-
It gave her presence.
-
It gave her time.
But in 2020, another realization surfaced. Success wasn’t just about income. It was about health.
Jamie decided it was time to put her body first. She joined Genesis Personal Training in Cumming, Georgia — and something clicked. Movement wasn’t just exercise. It was empowerment. It was confidence. It was clarity.
The owner, Brian Teague, saw something in her — leadership, compassion, structure. He offered her a coaching role, and Jamie stepped into it naturally. She had a gift for organizing groups, keeping people safe, and creating energy that made others want to show up.
In 2021, she committed fully. Jamie became NASM Certified through an intensive six-week, full-time, hands-on certification course developed by Yano Anaya, who has over 26 years of experience in the field and created a 600-hour personal trainer program for the Atlanta School of Massage from 2010 to 2017.
But her curiosity didn’t stop there.
Her ambition for knowledge — and her desire to understand how the body truly works — led her to the Stretch to Win Institute. She became Level 1 certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy™ in March of 2022 and continued advancing her education, deepening her understanding of how the fascial system connects and influences the entire body.
Then life shifted again.
After a divorce, everything became clearer.
-
Her children.
-
Her healing.
-
Her spirituality.
-
Her purpose.
She focused inward. She focused forward. She built quietly.
What began as a personal pursuit of health evolved into something more. Clients felt the difference. Word spread. Her FAST practice grew. And growth required structure.
Jamie partnered with Lanier Strength and Conditioning, creating a dedicated, safe, and welcoming space where clients could slow down, decompress, and heal — not just physically, but holistically.
-
F.A.S.T. was never about trends.
-
It was born from transition.
-
From choosing presence over prestige.
-
Health over hustle.
-
Purpose over pressure.
It exists because one woman decided that quality of life matters — for herself and for the people she serves.
